I sold few items one ebay recently and was trying to use my funds in my PayPal balance to pay for an item online, but i was not been given an option during transaction, so went straight to my PayPal account to check what’s going on. . A couple of customers when trying to pay only have the option of paying by PayPal or Creating an account which they don't want to do. W I finally got my items but they were broken. seems all payments are shown as received, but somehow they didn’t I cannot link my RBC USA virtual bank account (sister bank in Georgia USA) with PayPal no matter what I try. It sometimes appears, and sometimes doesn't. If it is a glitch as sone of the previous comments, you would have thought it should be fixed by now after 3 years of the original post! PayPal, Please get to the bottom of this and give us a solution and reinstate the option for all of us here. Now they want me to return the items ( to China and I pay for the shipping) I have to send the original packaging and the item has to be in good condition to get a refund.
